Our seasonal fire cooking experience brings guests together around open flames and glowing embers, where locally raised beef and lamb, just landed seafood, and peak season ingredients are cooked in full view. We work closely with trusted farmers and fishmongers to showcase the very best of the region, allowing simple, exceptional ingredients to shine through the depth and character that only wood can bring.
