Almost Spring but still very wet. The King River is very high and fast and a real challenge for kayakers. Paradise Falls is as impressive as has ben seen for a long while and the view from Powers Lookout, with snow on the mountains, impressive.
The Mountain View Hotel, to be directly managed by the Pizzini family will reportedly reopen on September 3. A huge plus for Whitfield!
